I too am descended from David Rushlow, Jr. I don't have any information on Almyra St. Charles for you other that she was born in 1886, died April 23, 1966 and is buried in Michigan Memorial Park. I do have a picture of her and Arthur (along with 6 of his siblings and their spouses). Please post your email address if you would like me to send it.
Could you tell me where you got the information that David Sr. was married twice? I too have seen both Mary and Emilia given as his wife's name which always puzzled me. But I always assumed they were one and the same because there were more children during the time you show a break from 1867 - 1874. Plus there are some name/birthdate variances.
