I am also researching Rushworths in Thornton, Bradford. None of what you have seems to fit as yet, but maybe there is a connection further back? My Rushworth ancestors (all in the weaving trade)are as follows:

Jonathan Rushworth (Master Weaver)born 1781 Thornton married Fanny Mercer on 11 Aug 1805.
Children (some of the birth dates may not be 100% correct as some of the census returns contradict each other!):

1. Caleb Rushworth b.1821 married Martha Varley in 1842. Children were Sarah, Hannah and Ezra

2. Sarah b.1821

3. Jonathan b.1822

4. Peter b.1827

5. Joshua b.1826

6. Harriot b.1826

[7. Jonathan b.1830]

9. Amelia (Milley) b. 1832
