Roughly it lays out, I think, the province, the county , the town,village,whatever.
Bessarabia, guberna ( a political subdivision)
Hatansk(y)(i)((a) (another one)
Ruktansky/Kuktansky (another place)
"selo" "village" of Chenanose
"woloste" may be the word for ownership or belongs to
For instance Ruktansky belongs to the village of Chenanose or vice versa.
BTW, Bessarabia has nothing to with Arabia. The name comes from an old ruling family called Bassarab (basharab). They may have been Hungarians.
