i am in the process of getting in touch with the Kozak side of the family--my mother in law is in close contact with them and i've asked her to give them my email address, because she has told me that have a lot of information. i'm hoping they'll have some info on the Fosty side as well. Peter Fosty (my mother in law's father), the last of that line, died in his 40s, so the memories are pretty hazy there. Palana Kozak's parents have odd names as well, difficult to know for certain the spelling because of the print, but all feasable variations have turned up nothing. i hope to hear from the Kozak side soon, and get the ball rolling again.
Thanks so much for your help, it sure has given me some ideas!
