Probably many people that use this surname are not Juwish now already but this surname is Juwish originally. There are many well known Tseitlins. When I read your message there on board I remembered musicians at first. Then I looked through some search sites and found many people with this surname also. I need some time to collect info for you and translate it. Maybe I will send you some pieces of info. Anyway don't think bad of me if i\ll be slow in answers.
