MORALEFF family from Kazan

My grandmnother Nina Moraleff was born in Kazan on 26th November 1901. Her parents were Nicholas Moraleff (railway official) and Maria Alexandrovna Moraleff born around around 1863.

Nina was separated from her parents around 1918 and fled to Tientsin in China where she met and married my English grandfather.

I would like to find records (in Kazan?)to trace this part of my family. 'Moraleff' is a name that NEVER comes up on genealogy databases. Woudl be great to find other families of this name anywhere in the world!
