49 MIKOLAITISs do show up arriving EI. Is there another family member among them? Your ancestor must have been going to a family member from his village. Have you located that person and his place of birth? Was Stanislaw naturalized citizen? If yes, his naturalization petition should have a better spelling of his birth place.

Demantowicz, Menscha Aleksody, Russia 19 1892 1911
Seinvas, Stanislaw Aleksodz, Russia 20 1893 1913
