IF anybody knows how to locate lot please help me. My father when he was studying in Russia, got married to a russian lady and had a boy. it was around 1960s. Then he left there and came to Sri Lanka (he is from there) and got married to my mother. I know that my half brother is some where. My dad went to school in Peoples' friendship university. If somebody can help me to find a way to solve this puzzle would be helpful.
