Need help Finding family roots in blagoveshchensk

I am looking for a person who lives in Blagoveshchensk who can help me find some information about a family that lived in Blagoveshchensk 100 years ago.

I am willing to pay for the time of the person who will help me.

All that I need is to go to a cemetery with a camera, and take photos of some names on graves. It can be done in few hours.
I know it may sound strange but it's real.
