Hi,

The grandfather of my wife (Rudolf Anton Patsch, born Oct. 8, 1894 in Vienna) got into Russian war captivity from which he returned in 1921. During the captivity, on Aug. 20, 1917 in the Lutheran Church Community in Rostov on Don / South Russia, he got married to Olga Anna Maria Schaggar (born in Riga/Latvia, Dec. 17, 1895). We assume that the couple had at least one child (Robert Patsch) born there.

Could you give me a hint how I can get hold of the documents/certificates from Rostov ?
