I am looking at Mary Medeyski's Death Certificate. Notice
the change of name. Date of Death 8/22/1918. The information was given by John Shows her father's name Nicholas Nagart and mother's maiden name Naske Pobal.
On the death certificate for their son Wlodimer Medeyski,
it shows father John Medeyski and Mother's maiden name
Mary Nagot. Informant John stated he and wife were from Austria. Wlodimer died when he was three months old, a few
months after his mother.
