MRS. JOHN (MARGARET EAGAN) RYAN
DECEMBER 25, 1903

On Monday (Dec. 21) at the family home in Cornell occurred the death of Mrs. Margaret Ryan, wife of John Ryan, a former resident of Chatsworth, and a brother of Morgan Ryan, of this city. Mrs. Ryan was a daughter of Thos. Eagan, of Cullom, and was 32 years of age. She leaved to mourn her early death, her husband, three children, the oldest about twelve years of age, and the youngest an infant about two weeks old, and a large circle of friends.
The remains were brought to this city on Wednesday morning and the funeral services took place at SS. Peter and Paul's church at ten o'clock, conducted by Rev. J.J. Quinn. The funeral was largely attended by people from Cornell and this vicinity. Interment was at St. Patrick's cemetery.
Te bereaved husband and mother-less children have the deepest sympathy of all in their great sorrow, Mr. Ryan being most highly esteemed by all who knew her, and haveing made many friends during the short time that the family resided here.
