Wanda Colleen Ryles Meidinger
Wanda Colleen Ryles Meidinger, 73, of Powell died Nov. 11, 2003, at St. Vincent Healthcare Center in Billings.
She was born July 22, 1930, at the Ora E. Bever farm in Garland to Thomas L. and Nancy Beulah Hodges Ryles. She was educated in Powell schools and graduated from the University of Wyoming.
She married Norman C. Meidinger on Aug. 21, 1948, in Billings.
She was a Powell businesswoman, owning and operating NanDeen Dress Shop 1962-77. She was dedicated to assisting the Girl Scout Troop of Powell and received a 30-year pin and a "Thank You" badge for her many years of service.
She is survived by her husband Norman of the family home, daughters Nancy (R.J.) Swartz of Brighton, Colo., and Dineen (Terry) Mueller of Shell, brother Joyce (Betty) Ryles of Billings, grandchildren Stacy Toler, Troy Toler and Carla Swartz, all of Brighton, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Thomas L. Ryles Jr.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial services were Friday at St. John's Episcopal Church in Powell. Burial followed in Crown Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wyoming Girl Scout Council Scholarship Fund, 501 N. Sun Drive,
