Robert,
I am currently doing research for a book about the Hogan School from 1892 to 1967 (when it closed). Abel Saastamoinen lived in this school district for many years. I currently own a ranch about 3 miles from his original homestead on Cole Creek and have visited the homestad building site several times. I am finding numerous Saastamoinen children in the school census records, 10 so far, as well as 2 from the Cemetery records and 3 more that I found in the IGI. They were born over the time period 1904 to 1931 so I cannot tell if they are all his children or if some are grandchildren.
If you can help me with this I would appreciate the assistance. I might even be able to give you information you do not have.
