Dear April,
I am sure we must be related. My father's family is from Manati and Quebrada area. My brother lives in the Quebradilla area. There is only 1 Saavedra family in Puerto Rico......all are related in some way. My father has so many cousins that I am sure that the Saavedra you are looking for is one of them. He is about my dad's age.
