My mother is a Saban, part of the Sabans from Wyoming. I had never understood where the Sabans were originally from. Among family it was only said that my Great, Great Grandfather, George Henry Saban (brother of Percy Saban) was fairly dark skinned-they think, and that the Saban name came from Spain and was originally Sabina or Sabean. That's all we know-or think, or thought. I'm really interested in all that you've learned. I just wanted to say Thank you for posting! I really don't know enough to offer much input whatsoever-but now you've heard from those from Wyoming! :)
