The Sabat’s have made it to Jerusalem during the 6 crusade and lived there ever since
With very few of them left in Jerusalem and with a Family house that still exist in the old Greek orthodox quarter of the old City .

There is 2 parts to consider

1-       is that they where from the templer nights that protected the pilgrims from Europe
and so far we established a few traces of French sabat’s.
2-is they where from the Balkans and joined the crusade to the holy land


The sabat’s of the holly land are all orthodox and live in the old City a few have moved to Latin America and now are Catholics


If any one have pictures ,paintings or portraits I would like to have a copy to start on linking the lines of where the Sabat’s of the old city of Jerusalem came from
