This book is of interest to my husband. He is somehow related to the Sackville-Wests. His gggrandfather was William H. H. West. Whom we believe married into the Sackvilles somewhere along the line. He was a Lieut. Colonel in the Royal Marine Light Infantry in the 1800's. We did manage find an 1881 Census that states he was 51 at the time and stationed in the Chatham Barracks. He was born in Teddington, Middlesex, England we believe either 1830 or 1829. I am not sure what you are willing to part with this book for, but I will try to find it in the local library and find out the original cost. Thankyou for your time and attention to this E-Mail.
