Anne Sackville and Gregory Fiennes did have a daughter, no name given, who was born in 1561 and died in 1565-6. I have been to the Dacres' tomb in Chelsea and have been able to ascertain that the only child of their marriage died very young, according to the tomb heraldry. The only thing that I can come up with at this date is that Mary Fiennes Wheatley was probably one of Gregory's illegitimate kids, which explains why she does not appear on the tomb at all. Anne Sackville paid for the building of the tomb and may not have accepted this child of her husband's for whatever reason, which would logically explain why she does not appear anywhere on the tomb, yet the effigy of a young child, reposed, does.
