I have posted on here about The West's connection to the Sackvilles? Did you know the family name of the coachman that went off with the "blue bloods" Sackville, Anne. I have an Anne M.S. West(?maiden name) married to a William H. H. West and there was talk of a Sackville-West connection and also mention of Knole Manor? Could this be any connection?
