Think I might have something re Lord John Sackville of Knole. He was 3rd Duke of Dorset Otherwise known as Lord Buckhurst
His family lived in Forest Row, Sussex England. mention of a Sir Robert Sackville
in about 1560 when he was involved with a relative of mine John Turner whose son Sackville Turner married a woman called Ursual datughter of Sir John Bridges whose other daughter Winifred was married to Sir Richard Sackville of Buckhurst. Do you want more information.
