Hello - I am descended from the same Saffell's through Isaac Saffell and Mercia Warner. On www.angelfire.com/nm/familyturner/page3 html there is "Saffell Family History" that starts with Samuel Saffell abt. 1712 b. Essex Co. England. He came to America in 1732 on the ship Patapsco. He m. Mary - no last name. They had a son James b. in 1752 who m. Kaziah Stone. Their son Reuben, b. 1794 m. Lydia Saffell. Their is SCADS of info on Saffells - the book is no longer in print. Jeane
