I am a direct descendent of Jonathan Scott (1735-1784) who married abigail Safford (1740-1806) according to Rev. War records...but "Saffords in Robinson bk." records show no Jonathan Scott, jr. b. 1773 - 1851 married to Sophie Lathe (1782-1855) died in Johnson, Vermont. The list of children has a space from 1772, Melatiah, to 1776, Anna. Could this be a left-out child from the family list.?
