From a social note in the Lac qui Parle Press, June 15, 1888, issue:
Louisa Safford, [daughter of Robert H. Safford and Zerriah Jenkins], married W[arren] A. Laraway on 9 June 1888 at Dawson, Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota. Both bride and groom were "of Dawson." They married at the home of the bride's parents of that village.
