My John had a son named Joseph as did the other John. My Joseph was born in Norwich in 1741.
Joseph and his family moved to Bennington, Vt. Son Joseph was born in Bennington circa 1783 and his son Joseph was born there in 1810.
I believe the other Saffords moved to the New York area. ..''
