Terry,

The children I have for Thomas Jefferson Said and Phoebe Ann Conklin are: Nathan Eden Said, b. abt. 1849; William Harrison Said, b. Jan 1851; Mary Lucretia Said, b. 8 Nov 1852; Franklin Pierce Said, b. sep 1854; and an adopted son William H. Lane, b. abt 1870.

I have three Lewis 'Said's, but not with the indicated birth and death date, - one dying young, and born 1863. The death in Maquoketa, IA would indicate he does stem from the same roots.

If you have more 'surrounding information,' other surnames, places, facts, whatever it may be... it may be possible to come up with something.

May I ask how you are tied in with the Said (Sade,) family?

Regards,

Myke
