I'm trying to track down info on ggrandfather Joseph Szadziewicz. He immigrated to Holyoke, MA about 1891. Census shows birthplace as Poland/Austria and name spelled as above, but he used Sadziewicz. Also, one child's birth records says father birthplace as Russia. He remarried and moved to Brooklyn, NY about 1901. Please let me know if you find out more, and I will do the same.
