Do you have any information about Felix Salas who was born in Spain? Here's what we have about him.
Do you know if your family is related to this Salas family?
I am trying to find out information regarding my children's great grandfather. His last name was Salas. He married Juanita Cirillo who was born 2-8-1907 in San Carlos, Mexico to Jose and Rosa Zamora Cirillo. The information that we have is that Felix Salas was run over by a car in or around Seguin, Texas when my father-in-law was a year old. This was in the 1940's. Felix Salas and Juanita Cirillo married in New Braunfels, Texas. I'm not sure about their marriage date or his death date. Felix also had a sister named Catarina Laos (not sure if I spelled her last name correctly) who was killed in Lubbock, Texas. He also had a brother named Guadelupe and and we do not know what happened to his brother. He did name one of his sons whow as my father-in-law after this brother. Juanita Cirillo Salas Flores died 3-28-1979 in Crosbyton, Texas. We have information on Juanita but we have none of her first husband who's last name was Salas. Juanita had a green card so she was still a citizen of Mexico when she died. She had two brothers Roman Cirillo, and Felipe Cirillo. Felipe and Roman are both still living. She also has a sister named Emila Martinez. Felix and Juanita Salas had four sons, Felix Salas, Julio Salas, Eliseo Salas and Guadelupe Salas. Any help or information would be appreciated. I was married to Eddie R. Salas and widowed with two sons. I want to find out information about their Salas heritage and also any history or information about the Cirillo's or Zamora's. Also Juanita Cirillo's brother's Felipe and Roman are still living. One brother lives in Lubbock or Whitharrel, Texas, one in Del Rio. Her sister, Emilia Martinez is still living also.
