Hi Lisa,

I'm not sure about a connection either but here's the information I know:

Francis Salrin married Frederick F. Hill. They had 8 children (7 boys/1 girl). One boy, Leonard J. Hill, my grandfather, was born in Walnut, KS. The only other child I know of was the girl, Rachel Hill. She married and died last year, 2001, in St. Paul. I believe she was living in a nursing home at the time. I don't know her husbands name but her married name was Rachel Van Leeuwen.

I don't know anything else about Francis Salrin but I'm still trying to find out and I will let you know if I discover something.
