Letty/Lettie Letitia Salyards was born and married in LaSalle Co., IL. She was probably a half-sister to my father. It is not totally proven that John William C. Salyards, my grandfather, was her father. Her mother was Mary Jane Hadley.

Lettie and Fred ended up in the Oakland, CA area where descendants still live.

Ali and I have been in communication.
