Think Harriett is Harriett Waters d/o William Waters and unknown first wife of Bullitt Co. Ky.
I have Harriett first m. to David Shain in Bullitt 13 Oct 1832.
In deed dividing property of William, she is listed as Harriett Samuels and husband, Richard. Her sister, July B. Waters, was married to William Samuels in Bullitt Co. on 27 Oct 1825.
Think William and Richard are related.
Other siblings are:
Elizabeth (Betsy) Waters m. David Band(Bond)but Elizabeth Beard in Deed.
Hezekiah B. Waters m. Sally Duvall.
Samuel Waters m. Nancy Shain.
Mary Waters m. James Kendall.

William Waters secondly Married Sally Orme and had:
Susan Waters and William Waters.
Would be interested in age of Harriett in 1850 Census to get birth year and location. Some of the Waters were born in Va. but most in Bullitt Co. Ky.
