I found Samuel Greenberry Samuels, who married Esther Slack in Kanawha Co., WV, 1801, named as a child of Shadrack and Patty Samuels of Loudoun Co., VA. Shadrack d. there in 1784, intestate. Other known children of this couple were: Comfort Samuels b. MD, m. John W. Slack, 4 March 1800; and Shadrack Samuels m. Elsie Joplin, 1801, both marriages also recorded in Kanawha Co., WV. Other probable children of this couple were Jacob Samuels, and 3 Samuels siblings who all settled in Shenandoah Co., VA--Isaac, Joseph, and Sarah Margaret Samuels.
