Samuels, James, Elizabeth (Bell) Parents of Silas?

I was given a possible lead that James Samuels born about 1770 and his wife Elizabeth (Bell)Samuels had a son named Silas born about 1803 and died in 1869 in Warren County, Il.

Silas married a Charlotte Wright in Harrison county, IN.

Silas and Charlotte had a son Harvey Samuels who is my great-great-grandfather. Is anyone else working on this line?
