Trying to find information on Frank Decell, born May 1892, Mississippi per the 1900 census. His father was Dempsey, mother was Mattie Melissa Decell, both from Mississippi.
He had sister Ina D. Smith, who died 03 May 1951 in Blytheville, Mississippi CO, AR.
Brother Rufus Excell Sanders, b. 25 Feb 1889, MS, died 16 Apr 1976, Mt. View, CA., unfortunately cannot find obit for Rufus.
F. D. was mentioned as a survivor in his sister Ina's obituary, but nothing was mentioned in sister Bessie's obit. Bessie was first married to Alfred Ullmon Flanagan, she is shown on 1930 census as divorced, with the two children, Robert Excell b. abt 1914, and Yvonne Flanagan b. abt 1916 MS, died 08 Jun 2004, Birmingham, AL.
He possibly may be the Frank Sanders found on Lauderdale, MS 1920 census, with wife Ora, he was listed as 17, she was 26. Cannot find them on 1930.
I truly appreciate any help anyone can give me on this man.
