willie john is a female born in alabama, where? boen aug 17,1861 married william ashley williams from holms co fl. she died in gulf co fl on 12-1-1951 buried in jehu cemt next to her son thomas o williams. one of her daughters was jessie mae williams/driggers/best/dyess/walker/williams. believe willie john's dad was in the civil war and maybe died there or shortly after. her mother and father were born in georgia. need any information. jo can e mail me direct if you want newby001@charter.net
