Descendants of JESSE RHODES we are no longer Rhodeses after 200 years we are now SANDERS/SAUNDERS1
My DNA test by Ancestry. Com chopped a big through our family tree like a power line.
We are descendants of Samuel Saunders and Ann Gordon. Don’t know which son.
Children:
1. Edward b: circa 1764 d: 1792
2. Joseph b: 1762
3. Samuel, Jr b; 8 Dec 1970
4. Joshua b: 1775
5. John Swadden b: 1776
At this time we don’t know if Jesse changed his name to Rhodes, adopted by a Rhodes or one of the sons had a Rhodes girl friend.
Not planning on changing my name to Sanders or Saunders.
