Hello,

Would like to connect with my family. I am doing family research and have hit a brick wall. I know my Weathersby's came from Mississippi. Countys are Copiah, Lincoln, Lawrence and Claiborne Countys.

Scott's came from Ireland to South Carolina?

Sanders/Saunders came from TN

Please fill free to correct any info. Because this info I have is from research I did and not sure if this is right. As I said I have hit a brick wall....thanks!

I believe Howard & Addie moved to LA to work on the farm of Howard's nephew. They had a hard time in LA. Howard died out in the fields in 1936, leaving Addie to raise 5 kids on her own. Addie remarried at age 83 to a Mr Smith, dont have any other info on him, wish I did. And he passed away, she outlived both her husbands. She died while living in Delhi, LA, I think.

Addie had a sister, Ovie. She married Archie Damico. I believe they owned a store in Brookhaven in about the 1920's?

Howard & Addie's children:
Ruby B. + Fred Driskil
Eva L. + Sam Cherrier & Bill Curry
Elsie H. + John G Higgs Jr (my grandparents)
Mildred + Johnson
John H. + ??????

I hope this finds my family and I hope to reconnect with them...or find new family members. I hope to hear from someone..
Thanks,
Dawn
