Sara Jane Bell Sanders - 1870 Census in Panola County, MS?

Sara Jane Bell was born around 1833/1834 in Tennessee and dies in Shelby County, Tennessee in 1921 (last name at the time was Brooks). She married Thomas Jefferson Sanders in 1849. He later died in 1862 in Sharpsburg, Maryland.

My ancestor is Jefferson Davis Sanders (believed to be the son of Sara Jane Bell and Thomas Jefferson Sanders) who was born in 1862 and died in 1901. Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find Jefferson (also seen as Jeff) Davis Sanders being listed on the 1870 census with his mother Sara Jane Bell. The family was living in Panola County, MS during the early 1860's, but I am not finding them there in 1870. My search is being done through Ancestry, so they may be out there, but the last name could be spelled wrong, etc. Jefferson had a sister named Nancy that should be in the same household in 1870.

Any ideas?
