Taking a long shot here; trying to find the above Sanders family without much info.

Back in the 1940's/1950's, my parents were friends with a a couple named Jackie Lee and her husband known only as Lee. I think his name might have been Eldridge A Lee. I believe he had a brother named Allon/Alon (not Alan or Allen) who might have been in the Navy during WW II.

Jackie and Lee lived with a family by the surname of Sanders and they lived in the vicinity of Overton/Kilgore TX. I remember playing with their son, Tommie Charles Lee, outside among the oil derricks. Tommie Charles also had a little brother named Alon Gene Lee; probably named after the above Alon/Allon Lee. When we would go visit, I always called Mr. & Mrs. Sanders, "mammaw and pappaw Sanders." I never knew their given names.

I think Jackie could have been mammaw & pappaw Sander's daughter or granddaughter. Think Jackie and Lee were born ca 1917-1919 but don't know where; maybe TX? Lee was a truck driver back in the 1950's-1960's. Could have worked in the oilfields of East Tx hauling oilfield equip.

The only other thing I know is that I found Tommie Charles Lee's birth record in Rusk Co TX and it shows him born in December of 1940 with parents listed as Eldridge A Lee and Jack Ella Ferguson. I'm guessing that Jackies's name was a typo when it was transcribed. I've never heard of a lady with the given name of Jack.

Anyone know anything about the above people or their relatives?
