1820 Franklin Co TN census

In the 1820 Franklin Co Tn census, there are a number of Sandridge families including heads of households Nathan, George, Stephen, and Benjamin. Are all of these Sandridge families related? If so, could someone explain the relationship to me. And, there were also two Thurmonds in the census, Wm and John. Does anyone know if these were the sons of Wm and Susannah (Sandridge) Thurmond? Susannah was the daughter of Wm and Elizabeth (Graves) Sandridge. Wm was listed as being over age 45 - making his birth date before 1775 and John was listed as 26-45. Making his birth date between 1775 and 1794. Any help would be appreciated.
