Hello everybody:
My mother divorced my father when she was pregant with me, I do not know him and I am trying to locate him.
His full name is Carlos Humberto Santillan, his family lived in Mexico City, he is a physician and his mother's name was Blanca. (I am not sure if her last name was Rojo or Gutierrez).
They met when he was stationed with the Secretary of Health in a small town in Chihuahua state 37 years ago.
Any information will be appreciated.
