The Saunders - Ringo family where closly related in Kentucky for many years. Both families were in the Grist Milling and farming business in and around Sherburne, Fleming Co, Ky. Several members of the Saunders/Ringo family are buried in the Saunders/Ringo Cemetery, located approximately 3 miles north of Sherburne. In my Ringo line, according the the Saunders family bible, Mililda Covington Saunders married Joseph P. Ringo on 9-10-1850. Matilida was born 3-1-1835, died 2-1-1901.
