Sayers of Georgia & Louisiana

My gggrandmother Holmes was Saphronia M. Sayers (Sears) [not sure of spelling of first name). I DO NOT KNOW who her parents were.

On the 1860 Desoto Parish census Saphronia states that she was from Georgia. On the 1870 census, listed in the household of Saphronia and her husband, Robert Holmes, III, were 3 Sayers who I assume were her siblings. They were Norah, age 23, Francis (F), age 20, and Erastus, age 18.

In records of DeSoto Parish I find that Norah married W.T. Ansley in 1877 and that Erastus Fillmore Sayers married Martha Canzadie Jeanes in 1872.

I am interested in finding any descendants of these siblings as well as any info on other siblings, parents, etc.

Please contact me at tngreenwood@yahoo.com. Thanks.
