Sayers photographs

I came across a box of interesting things in an auction. I am in Cambridgeshire UK, on the Norfolk border.
What I have is some photos of Sayers folk. Ranging from Victorian, one WW1 photo of a soldier in postcard for. On the back of one of the photos is says 'Lanie'. There are also some monochrome watercolours with 'A Sayers' and some hand drawn maps coloured with watercolours,The paintings and maps have either 'A Sayers' or 'Ada Sayers' on them with dates around 1877.
I have had them sitting around for ages not knowing what to do with them. If anyone is interested, please let me know as I am having a clearout and will otherwise take them along to local auction rooms.
