I am a great-grandnephew of Mrs. Johanna (Scanlon) Sayers.

She was born in June 1866, Shenandoah Town, Shenandoah Borough, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. Her parents were Thomas & Mrs. Catherine (O'Connor / Connor) Scanlon.

Johanna married Maurice Sayers about 1883, in Shenandoah Town. Their children comprised: Thomas, William, Kate, and John.

Johanna died before 18 April 1910. It is estimated that her death followed that of her father- Thomas died 1 September 1907, in St. Nicholas Town, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.

I would like to share details of Thomas Scanlon for information about his children: Johanna, Edward, Mary, and Kate.

Thank you!
