The Esquire William Saire emigrated (vs. indenture or other manner) to Maryland via the Ark and Dove transports of 1633/4
As he travelled with Nicholas Fairfax of the infamous Fairfax family that inherited 300.000 acres of Virginia to dole out as land grants:
the Fairfax and Sayers families of Yorkshire married into each other.......
It can be assumed that this William could well be of this lineage: the Catholic Yorkshire Sayers......who were fabulously weathly: but persecuted as Catholics
and thus open to Lord Baltimores escape to Maryland and his goals for Catholics there.
This William Saire married an E. Lorell
if that helps as a lead.
Its unlikely the spelling Saire survived in North America: more likely further searches would be under: Sayer, Sayers, Sayre, Saeir, and Sears or Seirs...even Sires.
