Sarah (Sallie) Emma?/Estelle? Allen married Joseph Collier Sorrow Feb. 2, 1869 Greene Co. GA (per marriage certificate)On Eastern Cherokee application applied by their son Watson Sorrow(rejected 1907) it has Richard Allen as father. She died 1936/Burial: Abbeville Co. South Carolina. It has been posted that Sally Allen's mother had Cherokee in her and also Joseph Collier Sorrow's mother was 1/2 Choctaw Indian? I don't know if this is true. I have no prof. Any information would be appreciated.
