From what our family notes say, Samuel was murdered by John Adams on 19 July 1840 over a negro slave (blacksmith). he was stabbed with a screwdriver. I am looking for additional info such as newspaper articles or reports on the murder trial and his will - so far no luck - did you ever find anything? Notify Administrator about this message?
