Thanks, Darlene Brooks Louis Jefferson Weathersbee, age 88, died at his residence 820 Summer Hill, North Augusta, SC after an illness of two weeks. Funeral services at Curtis Baptist Church. Interment-Westover Memorial Park. Survivors: wife, Minnie Arlington Weathersbee; son, T. W. Weathersbee, North Augusta; daughters, Mrs. A. C. Weathersbee, Charlotte, North Carolina, Mrs. J. T. Jones, Augusta, Georgia, Mrs. L. M. Ools and Mrs. H. E. Harper, North Augusta, SC.; brothers, Charlie Weathersbee, Aiken South Carolina, and Butler Weathersbee, Aiken, South Carolina; sisters, Mrs. J. D. Mathewson, Portland, Oregon and Mrs. Rufus C. Sharard, Augusta, Georgia. He was for 38 years an employee of the Southern Railroad and an engineer for 25 years, retired on 12-12-1937. Native of Aiken, South Carolina but resided in North Augusta for the past 29 years. Thomas Watson Ools died 5-26-1945 at Roper Hospital. Burial at Westover Memorial Park. T. W. Weathersbee is listed as being a pall bearer. T. W. Weathersbee died at his residence in Langley, SC., 5-9-1934. Funeral services at Langley Baptist Church. Wife, Daisy Weathersbee, Langley; daughters, Mrs. Vernon Bish and Miss Mildred Elane Weathersbee, Langley; son, Louis Earl Weathersbee, Langley; sisters, Mrs. Nellie Cooper, Augusta, Mrs. N. H. Hamlet and W. B. Gunter, Langley. Does not mention were he was buried. John Edward Hicks died 12-15-1935. Funeral services at Elliotts Funeral Home. Interment Westview Cemetery. One Granddaughter, Mrs. G. J. Bland. Great Granddaughter, Miss Dorothy Nesmith, Augusta; nieces, Mrs. H. E. Nesmith, Mrs. J. W. Jones, Mrs. Helen Hair, Mrs. J. T. Jones, Mrs. A. C. Weathers and Mrs. H. E. Harper all from Augusta, Georgia; Nephews, Jesse Hicks and Marion Hicks both of Augusta and T. W. Weathersbee, North Augusta, South Carolina. Claudia Weathersbee Chapman died 8-2-1936 after an extended illness. Wife of C. C. Chapman, Langley, South Carolina; daughter, Mrs. Lena Barton, Bath, South Carolina; sisters, L. L. Meredith, Mrs. R. C. Sherard, Augusta, Mrs. T. C. Graham of Springfield, Oregon; brothers; L. J. Weathersbee of Augusta, Georgia, V. E. Weathersbee, Bath South Carolina and C. A. Weathersbee, Gloverville, SC. T. W.
