McCollough/McCullough descendants

Am looking for descendants of James McCullough/McCollough who signed a deed for sale of 312 acres of land on Wilson's Creek in 1834 along with his Elizabeth, and a John McCollough, William C. McCollough, and Thomas McCollough. Three brothers (John, William, and James) emigrated from Scotland/Ireland in about 1790. We think that that James who signed the deed was probably the only male descendant of the Imigrant James. The other three were the sons of the William imigrant. The children of the Imigrant John apparantly kept the remaining 160 acres of the 484 orignal S.C. land grant to the family. We think the imigrant John had children named Samuel Davis, John Robert, Margaret, Nancy, Reduncy, G.W., Isabella, Rachel and Andrew.
